We want you to love your jewelry! If you're not completely satisfied with your purchase, you may return it for exchange or store credit within 14 days of purchase or delivery. Custom orders, special orders, modified pieces, resized, and estate/pre-owned items are final sale.

Eligibility for Returns & Exchanges
- Items must be unused, unworn, and in original condition with the original packaging and sales slip.
- Special orders (including, but not limited to, engagement rings, wedding bands, custom designs, and personalized items) cannot be returned or exchanged, except in cases of manufacturer defects.
- If you believe your item has a defect, bring it to our store or email proof to [email protected] within 14 business days of receiving your item. If approved, we will provide further instructions.
- Pre-owned merchandise is final sale and sold "as is."

- The buyer is responsible for return shipping costs.
- Shipping costs and handling fees are non-refundable.
