Returns & Exchanges Policy – Watertown JewelersWe want you to love your jewelry! If you're not completely satisfied with your purchase, you may return it for exchange or store credit within 10 days of purchase (or 14 days of delivery for online orders). Custom orders, special orders, modified pieces, and pre-owned items are final sale.
Eligibility for Returns & Exchanges
- Items must be unused, unworn, and in original condition with the original packaging and sales slip.
- Special orders (including, but not limited to, engagement rings, wedding bands, custom designs, and personalized items) cannot be returned or exchanged, except in cases of manufacturer defects.
- If you believe your item has a defect, bring it to our store or email proof to [email protected] within 7 business days of receiving your item. If approved, we will provide further instructions.
- Pre-owned merchandise is final sale and sold "as is."
- For non-special orders, contact us within 7 business days of receiving your item(s) to initiate a return.
- Item(s) must be returned unused and with tags within 14 business days of delivery.
- The buyer is responsible for return shipping costs.
- Shipping costs and handling fees are non-refundable.
- Once received and inspected, we will issue a store credit or exchange (minus shipping and handling costs).
