RETURN POLICY
We gladly accept returns on all individually purchased items EXCEPT special orders. Special orders include, but are not limited to, engagement rings, wedding bands, custom orders, and personalized items. Special orders are subject to return ONLY if there is a manufacturer defect. In this case, proof of defect must be emailed to [email protected] within 7 business days of receiving your item.
For non-special orders, you must contact us within 7 business days of receiving your item(s) to be eligible for a return. Item(s) must be returned unused, with tags, within 14 business days of delivery. Buyer pays return shipping. Once the item is returned to us, undamaged, we will issue a full refund (minus shipping charges). All returned items are subject to inspection by our quality control team.
